I enjoy my fellow team members. The Nurses, Social Workers, and Chaplains support each very well. I feel like I make a difference in my patient's lives in their final days on earth and that makes me very proud. I recommend only due to flexibility.

Cons

They cut our mileage reimbursement significantly last year. It is much lower than the averages of the country. Full time employees have to take call or have someone cover for you. No one is excluded. They have also reduced our on call pay. Even with raises I make less money than I did when I started 5 years ago due to these decreases in payment. High nurse to patient ratio at times.

I enjoyed my residents and the team I was able to build. Other than that there was not much. Salary was decent but I had to fight for every penny

Cons

Regional, divisional, and corporate partners are so far removed from the real world that they have no clue what it takes to provide the best care.

1 hour lunch break (which was needed to relieve stress cause by the work environment!)

Cons

Everything, low pay, poor management, lack of care for employees, no respect, corporate management is extremely rude. Not a real pharmacy technician job.
