Pros

Most of the residents are a joy to work for and it is a paycheck paycheck to pay one's bills. Claim to be all about being "family" and is- a hugely DYSFUNCTIONAL one!

Cons

Hostile work environment, upper management and corporate climate, stress, politics, outdated equipment, can't get enough equipment or materials to do your job. Keep adding to work load and demand NO overtime to get it done. No breaks even though you HAVE to punch out for lunch. Some coworkers are good and caring workers but MANY are not. To get a job just apply-they are desperate for bodies so if you can pass background checks you will probably get a job. VERY HIGH and FAST turnover - there's a very good reason they offer CNA and nurses those big bonuses- they can't keep them with the work environment and treatment they get.

Pros

My coworkers are the only good thing about this place. We treat each other fairly, with respect, and we are a family.

Cons

Total and utter lack of concern or respect for "partners". CEO needs to stop being the one that calls all of the shots. That's what your top tiered management is for. Stop spending thousands on parties twice a year, stop the nonsense committed to caring project and put the money back into the company, or better yet, to your partners where it belongs. You've robbed us over and over again. Unable to cash out pto for many years now, unable to borrow from 401k, minimal to no raise (a 2-3% "raise" is a joke!!!), no Christmas bonus this past year and not notifying your "partners" of that until 4 weeks before Christmas. Stop the bleeding! Listen to those you have hired and make the necessary changes in order to grow! Treat your employees better! Find a better medical plan! Over $300+ for a family every two weeks is a huge financial hardship!! Do something about the pto policy! Come on, just Christmas?! That's horrible!!! Yet Corp seems to close for everything while everyone else is to remain open. Pay your good employees what they're worth to retain good talent. Do you realize you're just spending more money recruiting interviewing, hiring and training instead od doing whatever it takes to keep good employees? What a waste! Salary comparisons and adjustments need to happen, the pay is not good, unfair, and not unilateral. It should be based on experience and edication. Shut down the offices that are nothing more than a financial burden and stop relying and beating on the offices that are actually profitable. Stop the checklists, the millions of reports and just trust us to do our job. We know what we are doing!

Pros

Some great people to work with and some positive perks like work out and weight room, professional chef, reasonable rates for lunch. Salary good but at the low end.

Cons

Micro management, knee jerk reactions and management style from the top down. Instability and lack of good business sense from upper management
