Pros

Speaking from a corporate perspective, entry-level experience can be gained in areas such as accounts payable and/or billing, then my recommendation is to move on to a better company.

Cons

No paid holidays, which is not disclosed during the interview process, and you are required to use PTO time for those that the office is closed for, as well as the office closure between Christmas and New Year. This is not disclosed in the interviews for corporate jobs and really should be as it is a non-standard practice for those types of positions, and can have an impact in an employee's life. Additionally, communication throughout the organization is very poor. Sadly, there really is a sense of lack of caring on upper management's part. Company slogan "Committed to Caring" really is false advertising and that is unfortunate given the line of work Pruitt is in. I can only hope the patients in our facilities are treated much better than the employees are.

Pros

Great coworkers, nice corporate campus, other service lines seem to be better managed, pay is good, can't think of anything else

Cons

Cumbersome McKesson documentation, lack of leadership, too much travel time decreases productivity, large, large territories, turnover, lack of training/orientation.

Pros

co-workers become like family, if it wasn't for them most wouldn't stay; some room for advancement

Cons

salary is not competitive despite them telling you it is; people put in "charge" that lie to upper managment/ELT and don't "paint the real picture" of what's really going on in their sites. stopped 401K match; raises are no where near the rise in cost of living. I get laughed at by family when I tell them, "I got a 2% raise", when so many companies are experiencing the rewards of a better economy now and it's passed down to their employees, but not at Pruitt. Maybe the CEO/Owner can buy another jet or yacht with the savings he doesn't spend to retain long term dedicated employees.
