      Pros

      Most coworkers are polite and courteous. There's very strong ethics values.

      Cons

      Should not exist preferential treatment about rotation in the floor. Number of pt should be assigned equally. There are extra burns on cna duty that make difficult to attend patients needs, like pushing carts back forward to the kitchen and taking garbage to the dumpster outside of the building. Most the times I don't take my lunch brake because of charting.

      Clean, mostly organized, good benefits

      Cons

      We don’t get shift differential, which can make moral low. Other facilities within the company does receive it and it’s not fair.
