Pros

Co-workers are in this "mess" together. And we take care of and help each other.

Cons

No real pay raises Micromanaging Too much unnecessary paperwork Residents admitted that need more acute care than can be provided Horrible staff to resident ratio on nights. Often we're left with 3 CNAs and we only schedule two nurses at nights. 5 people for up to 82. That makes great since. And they wonder why there are so many falls. It's not rocket science.

Pros

Good folks that are underpaid and overworked

Cons

I have never worked in such a messed up place. Got a .15 cent raise and a lousy review. I have a master's degree it was depressing. And the 33 cents a mile reimbursement is laughable.
