      Horrible company to work for

      It's a paycheck, I guess

      Cons

      Constant turnover due to non-competitive pay and benefits, no paid holidays, very poor management (new administrator every year), no opportunity for advancement unless you're "in" with the right people. Employees are numbers instead of people and patients are dollar signs. It's all about how much money Neil Pruitt can put in his pocket.

      Pros

      Salary is pretty good, Nice work environment, company seems to be growing. I have made a few great acquaintances. I would say the competitive pay is the biggest asset.

      Cons

      Management, company doesn't show appreciation for employees. No paid holidays, no paid sick time or bereavement. It's a shame they don't take better care of their employees.
