      Pros

      There is a benefit package for full time employees.

      Cons

      Highly unprofessional and disrespectful in the home health offices. I would not consider working for this organization ever again. There is a very high turnover rate due to poor management. Can only advance if you have a bachelors degree.

      Pros

      The passion of my co-workers. We all worked as a beautifully functional team to give our patients excellent care. I loved my job and never thought I would leave.

      Cons

      Management! They are so out of touch with what actually is happening and needed at the facility. They have all kinds of ideas about how to change to cut costs with no regard for how the changes interfere with patient care. I have never seen such an irresponsible attitude with training of staff. I found a new job with better benefits, better pay, better staffing ratios and a sincere commitment to patient care. Honestly I would neither recommend anyone I know work there or become a patient there. That ship is sinking.
