      Pros

      Decent benefits are offered. Although they have a wonderful policy structure, following it is optional for many, especially those who are on the highest rungs of the company.

      Cons

      Hostile work environments, poor professionalism and lack of accountability. What could you expect when the corporate upper management leads this practice by example? Although they refer to employees as "partners" they are treated like anything but.

      Pros

      I worked with a hardworking group of co-workers.

      Cons

      Everything is about a budget. Patient care takes a back seat to making the numbers right. Nurse to patient ratio is as high a 1 nurse to 34 patients at times. CNA to patient ratio is as high as 1 to 15 at times.

      Pros

      If getting thrown in face first with no orientation and getting ripped a new one by management this is the right company for you! They have wonderful tools but they are not given to the right people. They halfway start programs and then moving on to something else.

      Cons

      All this company cares about is money! Money comes from census. So even if you have an issue with a referral it doesn't matter. Just look at what happened in Crestwood! I'm sure there was a red flag somewhere. Their philosophy is to put a head in the bed whether its safe or not.
