      I worked with some caring RNs and CNAs

      Cons

      Worked with some horrible management! Turn over is ridiculous !! They would rather hire incompetent people in management and supervisory positions! The pay is HORRIBLE. They are so number driven that they forget about employee and family care! The training for positions seem to set anyone up for failure. I have seen someone in a position for 2 weeks train another person ?

      No paid Holidays No structure !!!!

      Pros

      Employees very friendly. Cafeteria food was decent. Location optimal.

      Cons

      Although owner claims his organization is family oriented with a spiritual influence, he does not offer paid time off for Holidays except for Christmas nor bereavement time off. Employees recognitions are minimal and does not include all departments. There is poor structure from top to bottom. Lack of effective training has resulted in front-line staff facing time management issues, poor quality of work, duplication of processes and high turnover rate.

      all transfers to another department the pay scale will remain the same even if you transfer to a higher paying position
