Caring staff that works extremely hard to care for their residents

Horrible benefits, skeleton crew staffing, employee turnover is ridiculous. Corporate doesn't give management or their employees the proper staffing to get the job done. Not enough support for the people working the floor! Completely unorganized company to work for. Neil Pruitt is a money hungry man that doesn't care about his employees or his facilities, as long as his pockets are lined he doesn't care how short staffed his facilities have to be as long as he is able to turn a profit by making people work with the bare minimum on the floor.
