      The opportunity to make a positive impact on people in need while working with some of the most compassionate caregivers and staff in the world.

      * Pay rates that are lower than the industry average * Poor benefits package * Turnover rate is very high and morale is low * Management with poor people skills and inability to address conflict

      patients and families, location, schedule, some co workers but not many

      Cons

      weak management, poor/incompetent clinical staff, management doesn't keep promises, no holiday pay, they keep your earned benefit time.

      Decent salary, if they pay you.

      Cons

      It took them nearly 2 months to pay my first check. Once I left, they deposited an extra check into my account. I notified them and was told it was more and I would have to cut them a huge check. Also, frequent on call required with some patients up to a 2 hour drive away. Poor mileage reimbursement as well.
