      Poor communication about growing changes and making us all deal like a team.

      Small place, great people , potentential to. E great when they make it easier on nurse at all cost by providing us with an iMac to do patient care on

      Cons

      Old facility. Not updated to fast pass world of computers, volunteer worker shouldn't no more about my job than I do. When a nurse has completed one thing she she be able to move on to the level and learn that area. Not kept in the dark.

      Some inconsistancies with handling company policies Communication issues from management to partners Pruitt Health as a company focuses on one particular segment the company and not all its diversities which all work for the good of the other Training is not what it should be
