Pros

Residents and their families. Even the challenging ones are a joy to work with.

Cons

Continuous cuts to staff benefits. Does not pay holidays, except for Christmas Day IF it falls during the week. Horrible health insurance that pays for nothing. Very little PTO...which much be used for sick, holidays and vacation. Vacation is JOKE in this company. Told staff in November that they would not receive their Christmas bonus. Raises are VERY small. Management has no accountability. Cover each other and treat their subordinates very unfairly. Always short-staffed and do little to reward hard workers. Take the cheapest way possible in terms of staff recognition. Very corrupt. Unfairly retaliates and targets those who aren't "team players," meaning those who won't participate in their targeting and bullying of anyone who does anything that remotely resembles disagreeing with them. Neil Pruitt could care less. He spends a gazillion dollars twice a year on lavish parties with free flowing booze for his management crew while line staff lose bonuses and get $10 Walmart gift cards in exchange for giving up their Christmas Day with their families.

Pros

The staff I worked with.

Cons

Everything from management to insurance. Upper management is on a power trip. There is no humanity. Staff are expected to be like robots. Much hypocrisy. The mission statement is a joke. If upper management actually believed in the mission statement, it would be a different place. This employer is all about the almighty dollar.

Pros

working with the clients/patient's this is there home, for however long they are there, some maybe to the end of there life.. some are treated so disrespectfully, inhumane it absolutely makes me sick.

Cons

everything, no compassion your vision is a LIE... your medical license stays in jeopardy for the company wanting you to lie to the state, wonder if you are called in to testify in court and lie under oath...guess what your license is gone and you are going to serve some prison time, you think Mr. Pruitt cares NO.. he is probably at one of his elaborate homes in Malibu or wherever... smh, what a joke...
