      Pros

      You’ll love this place if you’re not afraid to work. Recent hire but thus far, everyone is super nice, supportive management, clear expectations, and corporate offices are unbelievably clean and pleasant.

      Cons

      Benefits are good but likely more costly than similar sized companies.

      Working with the residents, giving them the best care! Looking forward to seeing them smile

      The work environment is horrible, it’s more cliques and they hire family members which is an conflict of interest, cheating other candidates out of an opportunities

      The residents were great to work with.

      Cons

      Co-workers - too much gossip, not enough work. Director encouraged conflict between staff and managers. Non-existent training program. Having to be on call when you have already worked 60 hours a week
