Company Ok but Florida is a mess from Pensacola to Jax to Tampa

Cons

Regional Florida staff not in tune. Make decisions not knowing regs or State protocols. Most recently quality is in the can. Surveys results are declining. Even IJ tags. Once a great company. Now a selfish one.

Pays for training on other certifications, if you find the right person to connect with to pay for it

Cons

Unorganized overall company - Orientation consisted of siting in a conference room watching several pre recorded videos that were over an hour long. Then next day completing modules on an IPAD instead of a laptop. -No role specific job training (was sent to an inservice where another person who was in the same role shared some negative feelings and attitudes about the position for 5 hrs even mentioning unethical practices) - No role specific task list (No one knows the daily, weekly, or monthly tasks for this role) - No corporate contact (was told there is no one over this specific job role) - Company doesn't train management on leadership so no one knows how to effectively train.
