Pros

Awesome place to work. Very good communication

Cons

The facilities aren’t up to snuff. However, they are just taking it over and have very good plans to refurbish.

Uncaring environment

Pros

There is a saying that if you don't like or care for your relative send them to Pruitt and that absolutely rings true.

Cons

Uncaring ,no compassion, uninvolved with their surroundings or what's important like being attentive and needs of the patients they are paid to take care of other than tik tok and Instagram .you would think that social media and u tube paid their salaries. JUST SAD the elderly in that facility look like they are ready to go to the other side and that it can't happen fast enough and I believe with my whole heart those so called caregivers are a big part of the dragon. I've seen first hand .First impression last long time but I'm going on 1st ,2nd n 3rd etc gets no better .They are very understaffed and wouldn't be that bad if the staff they had cared or gave a 10th of the effort they put in cursing gossiping or talking down to what are already insecure feeble broken sick souls already that are practically in their last days. But to make them more miserable takes a special kind of monster and I believe there is a special place for those individuals or maybe karma will pay them a personal visit when they reach that age .I f the job is to much or to stressful save these elderly folks the pain and anguish quit go draw unemployment or whatever else because clearly none from top tier to bottom of the unfit bunch need be here. The building smells heard nurse won't even clean urine up just go spray something and walk out .It's sad and to think some moron lied on these reviews undoubtedly was a bot or paid by facility because all lies .o zero stars if option was available. Sad sad 😔
