      Flexible schedule, relatively low census, dedicated call nurses

      Cons

      Lack of leadership & maturity of leaders. Put nurses in questionable ethical positions. Unavailable MD. Horrible benefits.

      The team that i worked with was amazing. The work was not that bad, but depends on your team and position

      Cons

      The upper upper management. The benefits are actually terrible. No Roth matching and the health insurance is expensive. The Ceo is a controlling narcissist who acts like he is in the best interest for us but is very much so not in our interest whatsoever.
