The staff in meaning, the nurses, MA'S, Med techs, and the CNA's are all great people to work with. They show the true meaning of what parent health really stands for. All things good

Cons

In this particular location, Pruitt Marietta the administrator and the director of nursing is very unprofessional, it has very little care for the residents and staff. This building is very unhealthy and so is the administrator and the director of nursing.

Pretty good nurse to patient ratio when fully staffed Pretty cohesive work environment Ability to work OT

I wouldn’t recommend a friend because their bonus policy is disingenuous. I referred another nurse that was hired and became an asset to the company. When it came time for me to receive my referral bonus it was denied because I spelled her name wrong! Not only that, she proceeded to refer three great CNAs as we were lacking drastically on day shift, that also fulfilled their requirement's and wouldn’t you know, not one referral bonus was granted. Not sure if this applies to all facilities.
