They only pro is decent hourly pay.

Cons

Only one paid holiday, no team work, favoritism, always short staffed, 20 plus patients per CNA.

We have a lot of fun activities that help with staff moral. I love my patients and my job.

Cons

Lack of communication at times and weeding out the negative employees would make Pruitt a better place to work.

Pros

Pruitt is a great place to work. I was lucky to be in the finance team for some time and the feel is that of a family. Sometimes that’s seen as a red flag but in the case I can assure there was proper support in place.

Cons

Smaller teams can mean longer wait for promotions, and raises maybe aren’t the best. Again, being in corporate is a bit different than the overall size of the company. High turnover on some teams Also, it seemed odd that corporate wouldn’t have some holidays in case we had to support our nursing facilities..
