Pros

Accommodate new grads to gain bedside experience with little or no experience . Staffs are not fired often.

Cons

Management is less supportive of employees especially nurses. Disorganized with structures not enforced in most facilities. CNAs are very disrespectful to nurses There is no team work among nurses Nurses and CNAs are not retained because of poor wages, lack of incentives and compensation for nursing staff. And , work overload with staff shortage.

Pros

7-3 shift we have 25 residents to one CNA, this is slavery. If even we were paid $50 per hour, the job is too hard .

Pros

Residents, employees, able to take time off when needed, Tylena is Awesome! Bonuses when you work over.

Cons

Not enought help, D O N does not handle certain things well, no training, nurses overworked, CNAs overworked, supplies grumbling. t always empty, we hate being on camera 24/7 . We feel we are not being trusted and we have No privacy. And they threaten us with going back and looking at them all the time. I Have seen people get in trouble in front of everyone. If we are have only 2 nurses at night they don't come in. One hall is very hot here and the rest are not. Fix the problem. Not all employees are treated the same.
