      Awful place to work

      Pros

      You get paid quickly. They give you a free Sysco turkey for Christmas instead of an actual Christmas bonus which is what everyone actually wants.

      Cons

      Absolutely awful benefits, overpriced health insurance, no performance bonuses, only paid holiday is Christmas Day. All other holidays you better have PTO available or else you’re not paid. No 401k match, toxic and stressful environment. The hardest working people are the ones most overworked. Pay increases are below annual inflation and typically 1-2%! Extremely high turnover so people are constantly leaving, new hires have zero training and aren’t set up for success.

      The company truly cares for its patients. Compensation decent.

      Cons

      Upper management does not respect its employees. Terrible benefits. Healthcare extremely expensive and goes up every year. NO 401K match.
