I can say my current administrator does not micromanage, and I appreciate that as management can make or break a position.

Cons

Expensive health insurance premiums. Does not match 401k. U will have to not be employed by company for 3+ years before you can withdraw 401k unless you get approved for an emergency withdrawal.
