      Short staffed , lack of communication, rude family members, weekend rotation was terrible.

      Pay, flexible schedule, job opportunity, beautiful and clean facility.

      Cons

      Management and corporate are a joke. Does not treat everyone equally. Pruitt does not value their staff enough.

      Pros

      Caring for patients on hospice was rewarding.

      Cons

      The company looks for ways to take advantage of employees. First, grossly underpaid. I covered 8 counties alone, traveling distances over 100 miles each way for three years. Patient care suffered because of distance and staff burn out was regular. After three years of loyal service, I wasn't even paid for my 60 hours vacation time - have to be with company at least ten years, corporate explained.
