      It's a Job with a check, a small one

      Cons

      Pay rates need to move into the 21 century. Resident/caregiver ratio's need to improve. 17 total care residents for 1 CNA is too much. Unit managers have no clue what is happening on their unit and play favoritism when anything is brought to their attention.
