Where do I start? Our boss was a manipulative psycho. He had me tell an employee that he was hired for a job before he officially was so that he wouldn’t accept any offers from other companies. He pressured us to go to happy hours, especially the girls. Telling the young attractive girls on our team that there’s no point in having a happy hour if they weren’t going bc the managers weren’t there to hangout with he and I. He sexually harassed them. One girl he called 5x in a row at midnight on a Friday bc he was drunk. He screamed and made a scene in our wework building over an argument he had with a coworker causing a scene. All 5 people on our team reached out to HR in regards to his behavior and basically said if he isn’t felt with we would have to leave the company. Nothing changed and 2 months later we all planned to quit and luckily got out.
