company is currently facing a resource problem with not enough development or operations resources, this makes it difficult to be successful in project management without the tools to succeed - work life balance is something you have to fight for

Pros

PCG has built one of the strongest remote work cultures I’ve experienced, which makes it a place where people genuinely want to solve problems.

Cons

Some of the biggest challenges are not technical, they are organizational. Upper management do not always understand operational workflow on a day-to-day basis, and that can slow down solutions we already know how to implement.

Pros

The people I work with are excellent. The solutions vary some are outdated, others are cutting-edge—depending on the client, budget, and project timeline. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Cons

I’d like more flexibility to work while traveling abroad. It isn’t explicitly prohibited, but in practice it’s difficult approvals are complex, and management seems reluctant to deal with the associated bureaucracy. I recognize this is a first-world problem and not a deal breaker just a perk I wish we still had.
