People are awesome, firm culture is positive, work isn’t super tied to billable hours, merit increases every year plus good bonuses.

Cons

Difficult to progress in the firm. Base pay isn’t super competitive. No sick time. Base pay disparity amongst colleagues is frustrating.

Managers who are real people. Not super corporate feeling as an overall workplace. People are very flexible. Overall, not a bad place to work if you like your team!

Cons

Promotion periods are set. You must be in specific roles for certain periods of time. They fired the best department manager I’ve ever had, who made it enjoyable to come to work every day. Because of this I think leadership is heading in a wrong direction.
