I was going to put pay, but then reviewed what others were saying and realized I was underpaid. -You get to learn alot through sink or swim.

Cons

In line with so many other reviews, management is terrible. They do not listen to the employees beneath them doing all the work. They play and move you around like puzzle pieces with no explanation, no direction, no solid guidance. Lots and lots of favoritism. And if you dare say something, you're in trouble. Unequal pay an no consisten oversight or guidance;
