Pros

Working with State clients and caregivers provide deep meaning. Individual performers shine through due to their own deep concern for the clients they serve.

Cons

Outdated and clunky software, over-resourced IT, PM and support staff, leadership not sensitive to the needs of the client (only on bottom-line).

Pros

Laptops and wifi boxes are provided.

Cons

Work extremely hard and job never feels done. Constant pressure to meet new deadlines every week. National mileage barely covers gas and certainly not wear and tear on your personal vehicle.
