      Pros

      The hours are convenient as I can actually plan activities out of work, great benefits, very in tune with the way our world is changing with a very diverse environment and great leadership.

      Cons

      There is lots of physical demands as cleanliness is a goal. Not everyone can deal with that but company does offer all necessary tools to make those responsibilities manageable.

      Flexible schedule. Great management. Easy to talk to. Variety of tasks. Not same thing every day. Working indoors and outdoors.
