Where do I start? They have minute metrics and oversight on everything a call center agent is supposed to, then hamstring us in the ability to do our job properly when Property Managers are never there to help customers paying cash, to assist customers in finding the right size etc. I've have customers call just to vent about rats, water damage etc to items just to get the run around from corporate. We have "online price matching" which is a joke, because the prices simply don't match. Our systems are down 20% (approximately) of the time allowing us to fail making a transaction...which is how we get our bonus. I hear the pay is $13 an hour for PMs. What kind of quality do you really expect when you can get better pay and benefits at Starbucks. I can go further, but I'll stop right there.
