      Pros

      Not difficult to grasp the role. There are many responsibilities, but nothing that will take up your whole day doing. This position is very much you get out what you put into it. If you go above and beyond, it is very easy to climb to a certain point. Then it becomes a matter of having the correct experience.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher. Depending on the location, you will have to deal with difficult or needy customer. I have had to kick homeless people off property before for trying to sleep their overnight.
