Pros
Good starter job might look good on a resume but no hope for a promising career. If you believe the lies and ignore the warnings.
Cons
Where to begin. This is retail so it's just selling and making profit for the capitalist company mongrels. In my first few days I realized I can't be a part of this culture and look myself in the mirror. I refuse to force a single mother or a guy falling on bad luck to purchase an insanely priced lock or lying to them about how its required by law to buy our insurance. Forced selling with no price lock I was shocked how they can raise rents and how often they do raise the rent. The worst is realizing public storage doesn't pay my wages they hide it in the contract. The very customer I am trained to screw over is realistically the signer of my paycheck. Sorry but you will, unfortunately, not pass my 90 day probation period. I would bet money that job fairs will be an ongoing thing so....

There are none. The positive reviews are probably posted by the corporate office to offset the truth.....they don't value tenure, don't care about the field employees at all.....and we're the ones driving the success of the company! I've been around a long time and have seen a lot. Any incentives are gone, short staffing , horrible pay, now we pay for medical. They pay more for KTPs to press the button to watch videos while they pay less to the rest of the field employees that actually train them! And the DMs get paid more to read trend reports that tell them what we need to do to improve THEIR bonuses, then cry about having to DEAL WITH customers. Really?! They are paid 3x more than what a field employee makes!
Cons
Everything. I've watch this company go from caring to oblivious and as long as the rent keeps coming in, they dont care who is on the frontline.
