      All the Customers were pleasent.

      Cons

      You do the work of 3 people and only get paid 13.00 hour. It's a sweatshop. They expect everything and give nothing in return. Horrible company to work for. They pay district managers 117,000.00 a year and property managers do all the work and only get 13 an hour. Hardly seems fair.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with! Work life balance is great. I get to train and develop my employees. The pay and benefits are a good package.

      Cons

      You do need to have your phone on and available at all times in case of emergencies. There is short term disability and FMLA but no official maternity or paternity leave from company.

      It's not a difficult job.

      Cons

      The working People like to spread rumors about other people. Stab each other in the back.. It's a toxic work environment. Good luck getting ahold of your district manager she doesn't care about anyone but herself. Our particular district manager is always on vacation and never available. Should rather allow you to get so frustrated that you quit your job instead of reaching out to you and returning your calls. It's sad it's a shame. I like the job like the job but the people couldn't be my couldn't be more toxic.
