      Pros

      This company provides excellent trading although it’s mostly on the job, trail and error.

      Cons

      Relief property managers are required to move to 3 properties in a week. Not so bad, but late notice or no notice. District Manager a great personality but induces competition rather than cooperation. Good training if the dm wants to show up. We have trainers available 7 days a eeek and they carry a heavy load. We don’t get increases except in order to hire.
