Boring Slow Long hours Rude clientele Definitely not a horrible job, but days can’t be extremely long and made even longer with aggressive customers.

Raises aren’t given very often to property & relief managers. If they are given it’s very low, around 16 cents. Don’t expect a raise if you live on property, not only do they reduce your hourly pay to live in one, but your wage is frozen.The apartments are in bad shape & trying to get something fixed is a lost cause. Only 3 holidays a year & if your regular day off falls on that day, you don’t get paid for the holiday. I could list several other cons but will stop before I run out of space to type.
