They are the worse paying company in the business . All profits and bonus is given to the district managers and above. They have no morals about this only greed. They use their employees and have no respect for them. The upper management is overpaid scum that run the company like underworld thugs that laugh at the "replaceable employees." The employee overturn is so bad that at three years I was considered the old man in my district and I had seen four district managers. The last best DM I had left because he couldn't stand the moral dilemma that he was placed in. Then Add a glass ceiling and you have zero morale.
