Schedule flexibility, support from fellow DM's, good salary, and coaching employees.

Cons

Sadly as soon as we got a new Regional targeted for termination. Zero support or development from supervisor who only spent time with you when his supervisors were in town. Terminated with no explanation or previous documentation. They constantly have req's open and try to sell you that they're looking to get people on the bench for support but as soon as done with training someone is getting let go. Conference calls are relentless, repetitive and are just punishment for underperformance. People regurgitate the same thing weekly. Complete waste of time and takes away from being in field. Stock option but was terminated a week before I was eligible to get my 100 shares so I got nothing after being there for three years.

The day to day is interesting- you touch many aspects of the business. Weekends off and no calls after 6 pm. You create your own schedule. There's a lot of opportunity to grow and the company is genuinely invested in your success.

Cons

You've got to be organized and stay on top of your tasks or you will drown. Customers get angry about many things and you need to deal with it if it escalates.
