      Pros

      Leadership is Very human, Public Storage truly values work life balance. We follow Banking hours and are off major holidays We have high metrics to hit but the job is incredibly rewarding. Leadership shows appreciation and strong initiative. Company is very driven but never forgets to treat their employees as good as they treat they’re customers.

      Pros

      Opportunity and balance! I came to Public Storage 15 years ago looking for an opportunity to grow and advance my career while maintaining balance raising a family. I can honestly say this company has exceeded my expectations with both!

      Cons

      I wouldn't necessarily say this is a con, but if you like a routine in which you can go to the same place and do the same job everyday, this company may not be a good fit for you. There is no workday that is the same as a previous one. The company is constantly changing to provide the best experience for employees and customers, and with that comes the need to have leaders that are able to change. This is a very forward thinking company!
