      Poor pay and toxic environment with unrealistic expectations

      About 5 Paid vacation days a year.

      Cons

      Minimum wage Tons of work Nit picks you every day Monthly meetings where you get told youre never good enough. Bs incentive programs that only reward the DM. Awardco instead of raises and commission so they can get back the money you can't spend. Bosses that'll fire you because they got in trouble for not looking out for you. They told me to lie to customers and leave out the truth all the time. Customers will scream and cry because you didn't tell them stuff that you absolutely should but are told you shouldn't. Bad bad bad job.

      Pros

      Flexible, you can typically plan your own day so long as everything gets done.

      Cons

      Management expects us to do everything in order to cut costs wherever possible. Plumbing, electric, maintenance, lawn care, pest control, HVAC, security, and now they are giving us call center work on top of it. Burn out central.

      This position offers a great deal of empowerment to hire, train and develop your team and run your business. No day is ever the same and you get to be out from behind a desk engaging with people. The team I have worked with and the leaders I have worked for have challenged me to grow and develop in every step of my journey here.

      Cons

      There are a lot of competing priorities so the ability the prioritize, make decisions and be flexible is vital to success.
