A great environment, lots of collaboration, team efforts. . In general, a good balance of work to life is supported

Cons

Employer needs to contribute more on employees benefits and their dependents. Premiums keeps increasing every year

Pros

Full time hours, great property management experience. Some of the district managers are really amazing. There's a lot to learn in property management and this is an excellent starting place.

Cons

Minimum wage, no pay significant increases, overload in responsibilities in comparison to the pay. The company makes over a hundred thousand dollars at one of my locations and refuses to update the building or give any form of true customer service (corporate as a whole). They honestly prey on people in hard situations and then run them into the ground. If you are able to get an apartment, they move your pay to minimum wage and fight tooth and nail for any raises even when minimum wage increases.
