      Pros

      Full time work, develop relationships with customers, benefits are ok, personal time and vacation time are accrued.

      Cons

      Everything is scripted, no room for advancement as this company hires Districe management and above outside the company, pressure to sell, pay is deplorable (9.00 hr), even when promoted to property manager, no extra money, VERY hard to satisfy customers when rates are raised every 6 months, and cant get lighting, gate or door repairs made. Buffalo NY market is the WORST, most properties in this area are falling apart!

      Pros

      Great working environment. Lots of room for professional growth. Great Benefits and compensation. Remodeled Facilities, always clean, security on-site at all times and plenty of parking.

      Cons

      Open all major holidays (except Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

      Valuable customer-service experience, quality relationships with tenants. Manager title. 9:30 am start time.

      Cons

      Robotic scripted statements required for phone calls. Having to disclose about extra fees not advertised.
