      The worst company ive ever been apart of

      Pros

      Will hire with some customer service background , will allow you to gain entry level management experience

      Cons

      The district management will treat you horribly, they talk to you( adults) as if you are less than human. They have unrealistic company metrics that are unattainable for majority of properties. The district managers dont and refuse to understand the full scope of the relief/ property mansger job. Worst of all the incite fear amongst employees with divide and conquer tactics.

      Pros

      Lots of independence, daytime hours. You usually work with decent people. Decent medical benefits. Property managers have a set property and don't have to travel.

      Cons

      Have to work weekends, no good commission. No opportunity to move up from entry level. Not many holidays off. Relief managers travel a lot within district.

      This company has some great benefits. The hours are not too bad.

      Cons

      We are actively engaged in deceiving our customers. No customer is ever told that they will have to buy an expensive lock. Or, that their rent will be raised every 6 months. Also, they do not value their workers. They pay VERY poorly, yet expect perfection at all times. All workers are expected to memorize and use stilted, poorly worded scripts. Lastly there is no room for advancement. This company does not ever advance from within. If you are a store manager that is all that you will ever be!
