      Great until new DM took over

      Pros

      On site apartment, the benefits were great, learned quite on how the storage business works, the co workers were great as well as the customers

      Cons

      The new DM did not know what he was doing, fired me over a lousy promo, that pretty much sums it up

      Pros

      I worked with smart friendly people who liked their jobs and their bosses.

      Cons

      Tightly controlled company can change focus or direction quickly at the whim of upper management. In my case the board eliminated our department. Typical inter-department competition was present, but not in any way unpleasant. This is a good company to work for.

      Pros

      Not a bad job...pretty easy to learn and do.

      Cons

      Benefits are not very competitive, time off is awful. Health benefits are too expensive.
