      Easy job

      Pros

      Very easy entry-level job. Fair pay and you are able to see raises happen. You start off with manager title so the places you can go from hear increases. Many different skills are taught from selling storage and merchandise to all office duties (calls, paperwork, fax, collections)

      Cons

      Each district has there own gossip and drama. You must learn or atleast try to upsell merchandise with every transaction. Also all cons that just come from working at a corporate job.

      Pros

      Pros: Hours are great, work with little to no supervision, pretty easy job.

      Cons

      Cons: Pay is not competitive, no room for growth, days can be slow during the middle of the month because you see little to no customers, scripts change VERY frequently leaving you unsure of what to say, not a good job to stay at long term.

      Pros

      No micro-management, you basically manage the property by yourself and have relief managers to help on the busiest days of the month.

      Cons

      Salary is way too low for this type of job and everything you are required to do (etc. Leasing, sales, collections, cleaning rental units...) Employees come and go frequently. For instance, in the first year I saw 7 people leave and 6 get hired. No promotions to a higher level.
