      Pros

      Public storage offers Great benefits for employees, Nice work hours, Good pay, occasionally has apartments rent free for property managers, and an even layer of working independantly and as a team.

      Cons

      Everything you do is scripted to a tee which can be hard and a bit overwhelming at times. They push for your numbers to look great which is also a struggle sometimes. Cannot advance through company.

      Pros

      Overall the company is a good place to work. The people at Public Storage are very hard working both in the office and out in the field. They are a very ethical company and I appreciate and admire the high caliber of experienced executives who have been with PS for many years. The company is stable and growing strategically.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive and they could provide for more paid time off such as holidays and sick time.
