      Pros

      The properties are only open during the day, so there is no second or third shift issues. The technology is always leading edge and the ability to pull reports to check current status is amazing.

      Cons

      You are completely micro-managed. The number of assigned tasks continues to grow and become more and more difficult to accomplish and takes you away from developing your people. When certain goals are not achieved the management style shifts to a bully style management approach and is very uncomfortable.

      Look at the other reviews for this company. If the reviewer is higher than a District Manager higher, the reviews are good. If below, they are bad, bad, bad.

      Pros

      the pay isn't horrible. But at times the demand of the job makes you wish you got more. If you're a people person...your customers will make your day. If youre competitive...its the job for you.

      Cons

      the scripts are ridiculous, people really dont talk that way. "raises" are a joke little to no advancement upper management can make this job heaven or hell. Alot of paperwork
