Pros

Public Storage has grown so much in the 10 years I have been here. It is great to a company thrive and do so much to promote within its own ranks.

Cons

Its a reality that the cost of healthcare continues to climb and hence the cost of benefits is getting high but its a sign of the times.

The hours are good, no nights..there are medical benefits. You meet nice co workers, pretty much all I have for pro's

First i have to say is notice how many upper management reviews are 4 and 5 star?? Thats very suspicious to me...No advancement!! Low low pay. No security, customers scream at you all the time. No one even applies to this place for a job anymore because of the reviews about it. Doing bank runs by yourself cleaning everything..toilets, units, floors, windows while helping customers..sell insurance when we are not even licensed to sell insurance. Sell locks and boxes that are ridiculously over priced..cheaper at home depot and lowes. Bonuses and paid time off...thing of the past. Corporate office took all that away!!! Holidays off. HA!! What a joke!!! we work until 6:00pm on christmas eve and new years eve. Only holidays off including thanksgiving. And let's not forget how we are told by DM's to write fake google reviews if you don't get 4 a month write fake ones.Do yourself a favor and stay clear from this company!!! Greed greed greed is all it is.
