Pros

Steady hours and that's about it. The ad says we work independently but that isn't true either. We are babysat constantly.

Cons

No regard for our safety. Employees are forced to work on dark properties in unsafe working conditions. Employees are expected to remove vagrants alone in the dark instead of paying for an eviction. We work almost every day because we have so much turnaround. The schedule changes daily so you cannot make plans. They will not fix anything so you are the customer's punching bag all day long while THEY make the money. The employees risking their lives and sanity get 2% a year. Extensive manual labor and sales required or you will get fired.

Pros

Work schedule - 9:30am-6:00pm. Independent environment.

Cons

-No promotions. -No pay negotiation. -Bonuses are awarded to property managers only once a year and are gutted by the time they make it through division/region/district/property. Bonuses are not based on whether or not you hit metric goals but are based on how well you stack up with fellow employees. Some properties have a clear advantage when it comes to sales based on location. -Hard work often goes unrecognized and unrewarded. -Company doesn't care about turnover which creates a stressful environment for other employees. -High pressure sales environment with daily sales calls without the benefit of making commission or monthly/quarterly bonuses.
