      Pros

      401k is amazing, no working nights, pto accumulation is faster than most companies, flexible schedule depending upon staffing. Bonus potential for top numbers.

      Cons

      No holidays (company is closed 3 days per year, trying to get holidays such as Easter or the 4th of July are difficult unless you request them months before), travel. There is serious problems with scheduling and micro management.

      Pros

      The location is good, near freeway and centrally located. Pay is fairly good as well, however, good idea to negotiate based on experience.

      Cons

      Have your managers train their employees! Expecting an employee to figure things out on their own and then letting them go without a warning.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for! The pros of the company are countless and I could spend hours going through them. They have an excellent training program with many opportunities for growth. If you are looking to move forward in your career, this is the company to help you get there. The team environment is like no other. District Managers work well together; supporting each other and sharing best practices. The compensation is more than fair and the earning potential with bonus can be over $100K annually. The reason I came to Public Storage is for upward mobility. From day one, my supervisors have made my development their priority. With the right drive, results, work ethic and commitment, you will be recognized quickly and this will result in advancement. The company is growing at a fast pace, the opportunities continue to become available. If you love challenges, driving results, leading a team and working for a great team; this is the job for you!
